May God bless the many souls who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and on airline flights 11, 175, 77, & 93.

The events of 9-11 were an unexpected and devastating awakening for the people of the United States and the nations throughout the world. A human outcry resounded across the globe. Shock, disbelief and outrage - how could the world's foremost Super Power be attacked so brazenly? Was retribution such a non-existent possibility?

Unfortunately, America's history had too often proven that theory to be so. Americans are cowards; they don't have the guts to finish a fight. If you think that statement's a lie, I challenge you to look back through history. (hint: you won't have to look far!)

Also, the U.S. has left herself wide open - economically and morally. Bin Laden and his minions were laughing -- but not for long.

This time the terrorist thugs wouldn't get away with blatant murder on American soil. This time, President George W. Bush, a man of faith, honesty, integrity and deep set values and moral convictions (Prov. 28:2) was at the helm - and was Greatly Under-estimated by EVERYONE. This tragedy would not - could not - go unanswered, as the FIRST attempt to topple the Towers had in February of 1993.

The time for talking and attempted negotiations with the United Nations had ended.

Terrorists also under-estimated the Power of Freedom.

Freedom -- Millions have died to keep it, and because of those sacrifices, many millions more live in it. I pray that we are smart enough to understand that Freedom is NOT, and NEVER HAS BEEN, Free!

Freedom and the God Given Right to Freedom is what The United States of America was founded on. Unfortunately, freedom is also what some countries jealously attempt to kill because they are taught to hate. But once experienced, freedom's fire cannot be extinguished.

God did not create us to judge the world; He did not create us to kill and harm the innocent; He did not create us to DESTROY ourselves or anything that He has so lovingly created! If you believe your god intended the destruction of his creation and it's right to freedom to be your mission, then it's not the True and Living God you're heeding, but His adversary, Satan.

John 10:10 NLT
"The thief's purpose is to steal and kill and destroy.
My purpose is to give life in all its fullness.
Jesus  ~

Please pray for the Peace of Jerusalem as instructed in Psalm 122:6-8.  These people have suffered throughout history, mercilessly, and continue to be attacked today.  They need our prayers. Also, pray that the Lord will give our Leaders the wisdom and strength necessary to rid the world, once and for all, of the hateful acts of Satan and those he has deceived into doing his dirty work for him.

If you're not a Christian, or you have no defined faith in a Power mightier than ourselves, say a prayer anyway. It can't hurt you. The next attack could be anywhere at any time, From Anywhere, and the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob hears everyone's requests. And when you pray, pay attention.

God may initiate a discussion with you.

God Bless the Victims!
God Bless The USA
by Country Artist,
Lee Greenwood

If tomorrow all the things were gone
I'd worked for all my life,
And I had to start again
with just my children and my wife,
I'd thank my lucky stars
to be living here today,
'Cause the flag still stands for freedom
and they can't take that away. And...

I'm proud to be an American
where at least I know I'm free,
And I won't forget the men who died
who gave that right to me,
And I gladly stand up next to you
and defend her still today,
'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.

From the lakes of Minnesota
to the hills of Tennessee,
Across the plains of Texas
from sea to shining sea.
From Detroit down to Houston
and New York to L.A.,
There's pride in every American heart
and it's time we stand and say: That...

And I'm proud to be an American
where at least I know I'm free,
And I won't forget the men who died
who gave that right to me,
And I gladly stand up next to you
and defend her still today,
'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.

Lee Greenwood: God Bless The USA
Lee Greenwood
"God Bless the USA" is an American patriotic song written by country musician Lee Greenwood. The first Greenwood album it appears on is 1984's You've Got A Good Love Comin'. It reached number 7 on the country charts when originally released in 1984, and was played at the 1984 Republican National Convention, but the song was first widely heard during the Gulf War in 1990 and 1991, as a way of boosting morale.
