We must always remember. . .
Freedom Is NOT Free
September 11, 2001 has changed our future forever.
More than 3,000 people lost their lives on September 11, 2001, after hijacked planes were deliverately crashed in New York, Northern Virginia and Pennsylvania. The victims were mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers, of many faiths and races, representating more than 80 nations.
This kind of terrorism cannot go unanswered. This is a global problem. Nations may turn their backs, as we had in the past, and continue to allow these bullying cowards to have their way — to destroy and kill everything that disagrees with them. But like any other bully, they won't stop until someone stands up to them.
As a people, we no longer take for granted the little freedoms we have enjoyed without thought or thanksgiving. Now, we pray and fight for those very freedoms and thank God we still have them on a daily basis.
This site was created in honor of those who lost their lives in the tragedies that occurred on Tuesday, September 11, 2001, and to their families who struggle daily with their loss. May we all find peace in the knowledge that God IS faithful; Jesus IS Lord; and that ALL acts of Satan will ultimately be used by God for Good.
Children, Go Rest High up on that Mountain, your work on earth is done.
Those who live in the shelter of the Most High
will find rest in the shaddow of the Almighty.
This I declare of the LORD:
He alone is my refuge, my place of safety;
he is my God, and I am trusting him.
For he will rescue you from every trap
and protect you from the fatal plague.
He will shield you with his wings.
He will shelter you with his feathers.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night,
nor fear the dangers of the day,
nor dread the plague that stalks in darkness,
nor the disaster that strikes at midday.
Though a thousand fall at your side,
though ten thousand are dying around you,
these evils will not touch you.
But you will see it with your eyes;
you will see how the wicked are punished.
If you make the LORD your refuge,
if you make the Most High your shelter;
no evil will conquer you;
no plague will come near your dwelling.
For he orders his angels to protect you wherever you go.
They will hold you with their hands
to keep you from striking your foot on a stone.
You will trample down lions and poisonous snakes;
you will crush fierce lions and serpents
under your feet!
The LORD says, "I will rescue those who love me.
I will protect those who trust in my name.
When they call on me, I will answer;
I will be with them in trouble.
I will rescue them and honor them.
I will satisfy them with a long life
and give them my salvation."
“At times I might shut up the heavens so that no rain falls, or command grasshoppers to devour your crops, or send plagues among you. Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.”
